1. BUY a minimum of one (1) specially marked Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies Treats™ - Squishmallows™ product (8-ct. and 16 ct.) (“Participating Products”) from 2/2/26 – 2/1/27 (“Offer Period”) at a participating retail store (“Qualifying Purchase”).
2. TAKE A PICTURE of your receipt(s) with the Qualifying Purchase(s) and go to https://www.ricekrispiestreats.com/5off-offer (“Website”) to register and upload your receipt(s). Each receipt must be submitted separately and within thirty (30) days of purchase. Limit one (1) Qualifying Purchase per receipt. Last date to submit a receipt is 3/3/27. Only a Qualifying Purchase of a Participating Product is valid for this offer. Photo must include the entire receipt from top to bottom, including all four (4) corners. For longer receipts, scan or take picture in sections and send/text all portions at the same time. Be sure that the store name, date, bar code (if available), items and prices are legible in your image(s). Blurry and/or unreadable receipt images will be rejected. 3. 1. GET $5 off a future order of $20 or more (pre-tax / post discount) at www.Squishmallows.com. Your $5 off offer will be provided via email in the form of a code (“Code”), as further described below. The discount applies when Code is entered at checkout when qualifying items are added to cart. Excludes gift cards, preorder items, and products fulfilled by third-party partners. Each Code can be redeemed only once. This offer may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. Offer is subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice. Offer is not valid towards previous purchase or for products purchased through third parties. Returns of items bought with this promotion will follow our standard return policy, with refunds reflecting the discount. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions. 4. REDEEM. In order to receive a Code, a participant will first receive a confirmation email within 72-hours of their receipt submission indicating if their receipt submission was valid or not. If valid, the participant will receive a Code in their email; and then will be instructed to click on the link in the email to redeem their offer using the Code. Once the participant clicks on the link, they will follow the instructions in the email to complete their purchase and use their Code to receive $5 off the order of $20 or more (pre-tax / post discount). Limit three (3) Codes per person/email address for the promotion. Codes must be redeemed by 3/31/27.

Except as required by law, Codes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and are not refundable.
5. Kellanova disclaims any and all liability for any failure to deliver the Squishmallows™ item offer to the beneficiary, provided that the steps outlined in Section 3 - 4 above have been followed. Such disclaimer applies in situations beyond the control of Kellanova that may prevent delivery.

Sponsor and Jazwares, LLC are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled submissions, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind that may arise during the submission process, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Sponsor and Jazwares, LLC shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate submission information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the submission in the promotion.
