TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Internet Access and Mobile Phone Capable of Receiving SMS Messages Required. Offer available through 10/31/25 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) or while supplies of rewards last, whichever is sooner.

By participating in the Offer, you agree to receive a minimum of one (1) SMS/text message and one (1) email message regarding the Offer.  You may opt-out of receiving the promotional messages from Sponsor at any time after receipt of the SMS/text message and/or email message by sending a reply text with the word “STOP” for SMS/text message and/or hitting the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email message.  Messages and data rates may apply.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.  Employees, officers, and directors of Kellanova (“Sponsor”), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising, promotion and other agencies (collectively, "Offer Entities") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Offer is void where prohibited.

OFFER REGISTRATION

Between 8/4/25 at 12:00:01 AM (ET) and 10/31/25 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) or when supply of rewards is exhausted, whichever occurs first (the “Offer Period”), using the camera on your wireless phone, scan the QR Code located on advertising material located at participating retailers to be redirected to www.carrscrackersrewards.com (the “Website”) or go directly to the Website. At the Website, complete the registration form with your complete name, email address, mobile number, opt in (optional) and select your preferred retailer; and then follow the instructions to submit your registration form (“Offer Registration”).

There are two (2) types of Rewards (as defined below) in the Offer; Reward received is dependent on the retailer selected by a participant, Once you submit your Offer Registration, depending on the retailer you select, you will either receive (i) both an on-screen offer to a Barcode Buck$ reward and an offer link via SMS/text message for same (“Barcode Buck$ Coupon Reward”) or (ii) an on-screen offer and an SMS/text message to upload a receipt to qualify for payment of the reward via Venmo (“Non-Barcode Buck$ Rebate,” also may be referred to herein collectively and separately as the “Reward” or “Rewards”) (both as described more fully below). Once all Rewards are claimed or as of 10/31/25 at 11:59:59 PM ET, whichever is sooner, notice will be posted on the Website and no more Reward Registrations will be accepted.

Limit one (1) Offer Registrations and Rewards per mobile number for the entire the Offer Period.  Multiple Offer Registrations or Reward redemptions from any mobile number that exceeds the above stated limit will be void. Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor or its designee of Offer-related materials.

Rewards must be redeemed by 11/30/25 or it will be void.  Rewards are not combinable, transferable or assignable, and, in the case of the Barcode Bucks$ Reward, cannot be redeemed for cash.  Rewards that are traded, bartered, auctioned or sold will be void.  Offer registrations or Rewards generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the submission process are void.  Rewards are provided "as is” with no warranty or guarantee. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Reward of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.  Reward is one-time use.  Reward is void if not obtained from authorized and legitimate channels, or if the Reward is altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained via fraud or theft. Liability for an irregular barcode is limited to providing another barcode, subject to verification of original barcode irregularity.

(collectively, “Participating Products”) in a single transaction during the Offer Period at the participating retailer you selected as part of your Offer Registration (“Qualifying Purchase”), then:

If a Barcode Buck$ Coupon Reward: at checkout, follow the directions provided to redeem your Reward via the Barcode Buck$ reward code you received at time of Offer registration to receive $1.00 off the Qualifying Purchase; or 

If a Non-Barcode Buck$ Rebate: following completion of Qualifying Purchase, upload a copy of your valid receipt using the link provided in the text message received following Offer registration or visit the Website then follow the directions provided to receive a $1.00 rebate via Venmo/PayPal.  Once the receipt has been validated, $1.00 will be sent to the Venmo/PayPal account associated with the mobile phone number provided at time of Offer registration.

Photo of receipt must be clear and readable and include the entire receipt from top to bottom, including all four (4) corners.  Be sure that the required information is captured in the receipt photo, which includes the store name, date and time of purchase, Participating Product and receipt total (“Required Information”).  Acceptance of a retailer receipt is subject to the sole discretion of the Sponsor (as defined below).  Receipts that lack the Required Information will be considered invalid.  For longer receipts, you may submit a picture of the receipt folded ensuring that it shows the Required Information.  Blurry and/or unreadable receipt images will be rejected.  For help or more information, visit the Website. Receipts that are traded, bartered, auctioned or sold will be void.

You may opt-out of receiving the promotional messages from Sponsor at any time after receipt of the SMS/text message and/or email message by sending a reply email with the word “STOP”.  By uploading a receipt from your wireless device, you grant permission to the Sponsor and its designees to notify you via a return SMS/text and/or email message and must agree to accept all applicable charges associated therewith.  You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes associated with uploading a receipt from a wireless device.  Proof of uploading a receipt is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor or its designee of submission materials

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Offer Entities are not responsible for (i) lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled submissions, Offer Registration, Rewards, coupons, rebates, text messages, emails or other communications of any kind; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications; (iii) failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; (iv) jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (v) for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the offer, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Offer, the processing of Offer Registration or Reward redemptions, the functionality of the Website, or in any Offer-related materials.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Offer at any time.  Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

By participating in this Offer, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Offer Entities from any and all liability from claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, death and bodily injury, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any Reward, participation in this Offer or any Offer-related activities.
