Before I became a plant-based eater I loved the season of the meat version of Chorizo. After tasting Chorizo crumbles I love it even more than the meat version. When I can I stock up because it goes fast in the stores to a point you cannot find. :)

Chorizo Crumble & Egg Scramble-Breakfast Tacos on Soft Fried Corn Tortillas,
With a mix of Lettuce, Cilantro and Red Onion, with a touch of white vinegar.

My carnivore sister goes absolutely crazy for this soyrizo. She does not eat any vegetable, that says a lot. I gave it to my friends one night without telling them and they all asked for seconds. YUMMY

I’m obsessed with these! So so delicious and easy to add to lots of recipes. Wish they’d use something like avocado oil instead of the corn and canola but it’s still delicious.

Loved for tacos. Delicious and simple fried up with frozen potatoes OBrien and shredded chedder cheese. Hope will start labeling products better so people can tell if they are alpha gal safe. Only reason didnt give a 5
