Just purchased a box expiration was 12/2026 and open first pack to put in my tomato soup and instantly turned to mush. Tasted them from package and terribly stale. How do I get my money back!

While I love these crackers. The last 4 boxes I purchased 2 of which I returned, the top layer flakes off. I dont know if it's a bad batch or you changed the recipe. Plus hardly any salt but if there was it fell off with top layer

While I love these crackers. The last 4 boxes I purchased 2 of which I returned, the top layer flakes off. I dont know if it's a bad batch or you changed the recipe. Plus hardly any salt but if there was it fell off with top layer

Purchased these recently, there's no salt on the tops! I had to go check the box to make sure they weren't low fat or low sodium. They don't taste like the last box I purchased.

We have been buying the snack size for a while but the last box seemed like they were not baked long enough. They were all white almost as white as flour. I will end up throwing them away because they don’t taste like they should and there doesn’t taste like there is any salt on them.

Not baked long enough
We have been buying the snack size for a while but the last box seemed like they were not baked long enough. They were all white almost as white as flour. I will end up throwing them away because they don’t taste like they should and there doesn’t taste like there is any salt on them.

I love to eat Club crackers they are my favorite and I've been eating since I was little kid at so not to long ago cuz I'm in 8th grade

i love these crackers but just recently decreased the amount of crackers per sleeve from 18 to 16 and its throwing off my cheese ratio (the proper ration is three crackers per slice of cheese)
